Disposition versions
60. Despite section 59, for the purposes of subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 3 of this Regulation to such projects, the “date of filing of the project notice or renewal notice provided for in Chapter IV” means the date of the request for registration or renewal pursuant, as the case may be, to section 70.5 or 70.10 of the Regulation respecting a cap-and-trade system for greenhouse gas emission allowances (chapter Q-2, r. 46.1) as it read on 14 July 2021 until the end of the eligibility period during which this Regulation comes into force.
